Whats not to love

This is a very excellent set that is simple to put together, and the chairs are comfortable. I wouldn't think twice about purchasing it again.

Bad design

I don't know what the design team thought about it, but it is very poor overall. The chairs are comfortable to sit on, but they fold up, which sounds nice but is not a bad idea for the patio. If I had saved the package and boxes, I would have sent it back because the set is well made but the chairs don't store underneath the table, making it unusable to us.

I love these couches. They are both reliable and cozy. The way the back reclines is nice. Simply wipe with a moist cloth to clean.

Outstanding product and client service

The entire experience has exceeded my expectations. There were five packages for the patio furniture. All but one of them came on schedule, and four out of five did. Excellent client service is provided. They are on time, cordial, and compassionate. The furniture looks elegant as a whole, and the chairs are really comfy. There were a few minor problems with the furniture, but the business fixed them right away. I am a satisfied customer and I am very delighted with the service!
