RETURN AND EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied and wish to make a return, please email us before returning any product under warranty. You may return an unused item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in a saleable condition with original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, hardware and accessories provided. You will receive your refund once the item is collected. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace it for you. Please keep all packaging, take detailed photos of the damage and contact us. All we ask of you is to send us your address and available time to pick up your item. We will resend a new item to you at once. We stand behind our products and services. We want you to have complete satisfaction with SUNSITT.

Q: Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
SUNSITT products are covered by a limited two-year warranty unless otherwise noted. The warranty starts on the day of receipt. Please contact our Customer Care team before returning any product under warranty.
SUNSITT will be responsible for the return shipping cost if:
> Your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
> You receive the wrong product(s) due to warehouse shipping errors.
> The product(s) is lost in transit.
* Please keep all packaging, take detailed photos of the defects, damages or wrong box(es). We will send you a prepaid shipping label that you need to print and stick on the box. All we ask of you is to send us your address and available time to pick up your item. *

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost if:
> You do not like the product(s) after receiving it(them).
> You no longer need the product(s) after receiving it(them).
> You bought the products by mistake, but you have received it(them).
Customer cost of return shipping:
> Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the restocking fee ($15 per carton). Example: You want to return a 4-piece sectional sofa set, which comes with 2 boxes separately. The total restocking fee is $15*2=$30.The total return shipping fees are$50. This amount ($50 $30) would be deducted from your refund.
